Tara Faethe serves as the Human Resources Manager for the Museum. In this role, she oversees the daily operations of the HR department and serves as the organization’s primary benefits administrator.
Tara is a certified Human Resources Professional through the National Society for Human Resource Management. She has a strong background in HR, having held roles at BlackRock, Asana Partners, and WDG Consulting.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in labor studies and human Relations from Rutgers University, as well as an associate’s degree in business administration.
