Museum members! Help us kick off Flock Fest with an exclusive program - just for you!
Member Morning: Early Birding features a guided walk led by naturalists from the City of Columbia Parks and Recreation Department. Members will explore the Columbia Canal and Riverfront Park, while learning about local birdlife.
Along the way, participants may spot species such as bald eagles, osprey, cliff swallows, Canada geese and more!
Members are advised to bring water and wear sturdy walking shoes. Binoculars and cameras are welcome, but optional.
Afterwards, participants are encouraged to experience two new exhibitions, Bird Photographer of the Year and South Carolina Wings of Wonder, as well as enjoy more Flock Fest activities happening throughout the day.

Capacity for this member morning is limited to 30 participants, with walking groups being divided into two groups of 15.
