Thurs., Jan. 22 from 7 - 10 p.m.
In partnership with USC Thursday After Dark, the South Carolina State Museum is inviting college students from across the state to experience the museum after hours. Enjoy:
- Four floors of museum exhibition galleries to explore, including When I See Myself, I See…, Native Communities of South Carolina, From the Vault: South Carolina Art from the Museum's Collection, Apollo 16 & Beyond: South Carolina in Space, Make Some Noise: the Science of Sound, and more.
- Night sky viewing in the Boeing Observatory (weather permitting)
- Áróra Planetarium Show & Stranger Things Laser Lights Show in the Planetarium
- BUGS 4D Movie
USC students will receive free general admission to the museum and college students from other institutions will receive discounted general admission ($5) with a valid student ID. Planetarium laser shows and the 4D Movie are an additional $3 each for all students and are first come, first served the night of the event.
This event is for college students only.
Tickets Available at the Door
USC Student Gen. Admission: FREE
Non-USC Student Gen. Admission: $5
Planetarium and 4D Shows: $3 each
All students must present their student IDs at the event in order to be admitted.
